Intel to release faster dual-core Celeron E1400 on 2ndQuarter 2008 Januari 21, 2008

Intel is planning to launch E1400 with a core frequency of 2GHz, 800MHz FSB, L2 cache of 512KB, and maximum TDP of 65W. The chip is based on a 65nm Conroe core and supports Intel 64, XD Bit (Execute Disable Bit) and Speed Step technology. Pricing will be set at US$53 in a thousand-unit tray quantities.

Intel responded in saying that it cannot comment on unannounced products but noted that it plans to continue to support single-core Celeron CPUs based on customer needs.

I think I’m a little late to sign up on Scribd a document sharing community. If you don’t know yet about scribd, Scribd is a Silicon Valley startup creating technology that makes it easy to share documents online. It similar to an online library where everyone can publish original content including you!
